DESCRIPTION:\nThrowing Out the People Boxes \n\n\nDo you ever feel like organizations are just a finite bunch of boxes into which we slot our people? And rather than truly innovate around how people operate and work together\, organizations mostly just recycle and reorganize those same boxes to make it appear new and different?  Instead of settling for “thinking outside the box\,” do you ever just want to toss out the boxes entirely\, and imagine what it might look like if we started from scratch?  …If so\, then you just might have found your tribe. \n We are looking to host an intellectual imagination session for ~10-12 inquisitive\, creative thought leaders motivated to explore and challenge ideas about how people operate in teams\, groups\, organizations\, and beyond.
